ACADEMIC
ACTIVITIES
Fizzy
- Dizzy Quiz (An Empirical Research) If it’s
just one, you could probably identify, but would you
go dizzy if asked amongst many? To add some spice,
CMTR conducted the ‘Fizzy-Dizzy’ contest to analyse
if people could identify the cola brands by taste.
A colourful examination hall was set up at the Student
Centre, Panjab University, Chandigarh. A sample of
655 respondents was tested. It’s the fizz of the soft
drink that differentiates it amongst beverages. So,
the germination of the idea between the teachers and
students at CMTR finally resulted into a well-nurtured
research.
CII
Consumer Fair (Segmentation Research)
CMTRians leave no questions unanswered, it even
trapped the doubt as to ‘why’ consumer fairs and
what do the consumers look forward in these fairs?
PAAR Trackers undertook a research project to

visiting the trade fairs. Responses were sought
through questionnaires and interviews which added
adrenalin to the research.
